Detailed information:

Educational activities included ECDL courses on computer skills, courses on motivation and management skills, and English language courses. The motivational and management courses were prepared and administered by the development partner of the project, Štúdio zážitku – Outward Bound. The participants received personal diagnosis, which gave them feedback and included a simplified CV with the description of future preferred professions, in order to make better use of their strengths. During the course of the program, mothers could use child care services provided near the place of the event. A total of 110 participants were involved in the project.

The project also included research, which provided output that helped to adjust the syllabus, so that it would meet the needs of the participants. The research output can be accessed by clicking on the link below.

Another part of the project was international cooperation, which allowed us to share our findings from the project with our partners, as well as to discuss different issues and be inspired by best practice in other countries. The best practice acquired through this cooperation was summarized in printed publications.
